What we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and what you can do about it. No legal jargon where plain language works just as well.

What Data We Collect

PH365 collects personal data in a few different ways: directly from you when you register or use the platform, automatically when you browse the site, and occasionally from third parties for identity verification. Here’s a breakdown of what gets collected and when.

Data you provide directly:

Data Type When It’s Collected Required?
Full name Account registration Yes
Date of birth Account registration Yes – age verification
Email address Account registration Yes
Mobile number Account registration / OTP Yes
Home address KYC verification Required for withdrawals
Government-issued ID KYC verification Required for withdrawals
Payment details (GCash, Maya, bank) Deposit / withdrawal setup Required for transactions

Data collected automatically:

  • IP address and approximate location – used to detect suspicious login attempts and verify that access is coming from a permitted region.
  • Device information – browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and device ID. Used to identify unusual access patterns and improve compatibility.
  • Session data – pages visited, time spent, games played, bets placed, and clicks. Used for fraud detection and to understand how the platform is being used.
  • Cookies and tracking pixels – see Section 5 for the full breakdown of what cookies are used and how to manage them.
What PH365 does not collect: We don’t store full card numbers, CVV codes, or banking passwords. Payment transactions are processed through licensed payment gateways that handle sensitive financial data under their own security standards. PH365 only receives a confirmation token, not the underlying payment credentials.

Data collected from third parties is limited to identity verification checks run through PAGCOR-approved KYC providers. PH365 does not purchase marketing lists or collect data from social media platforms without your explicit consent.

Your Rights Over Your Data

You have specific rights over the personal data PH365 holds about you. These aren’t just policy statements, they’re things you can actually request, and PH365 is required to respond within a reasonable timeframe under Philippine data protection law (Republic Act 10173).

Right to Access

You can request a copy of all personal data PH365 holds about your account, including transaction records, KYC documents submitted, and support history.

Right to Correction

If any of your personal data on file is wrong or out of date, you can ask PH365 to correct it. Basic details like phone number and email can be updated directly from account settings.

Right to Deletion

You can request that your account and associated data be deleted. Note that PH365 is legally required to retain certain financial records for a minimum period under PAGCOR and anti-money laundering regulations, so not all data can be immediately removed.

Right to Object

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by updating your notification preferences in account settings or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email from PH365.

Right to Portability

You can request your data in a structured, machine-readable format if you want to transfer it elsewhere. This applies to data you provided directly, such as account details and transaction history.

How to Submit a Request

Contact the PH365 support team via live chat or email at ph-365.ph. Include your registered email and a description of the request. Most requests are processed within 7 to 14 business days.

Account deletion note: Closing your account does not automatically delete all data. Financial records tied to your account are kept for a minimum of 5 years under Philippine AML regulations. If you want full deletion of non-regulated data, state that explicitly in your request.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to run your account, process deposits and withdrawals, verify your identity for KYC compliance, and detect fraud or suspicious activity. PH365 also uses anonymized session data to improve the platform and fix bugs. If you’ve opted in to marketing, your email and phone number may be used to send bonus offers and promotions. You can opt out at any time from account settings. PH365 does not use your data for automated decision-making that has legal or significant effects on you without human review.
