Read this before you play. These terms cover how your account works, what you can and can’t do on the platform, and what happens when things go wrong.

Acceptance of Terms
Using PH365 means you’ve read and agreed to everything in this document. That applies whether you registered an account, placed a bet, claimed a bonus, or just browsed the site. If you don’t agree with any part of these terms, the right move is to stop using the platform.
These terms form a binding agreement between you and PH365, operated under a valid PAGCOR license and governed by Philippine law. By creating an account at ph-365.ph, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, that you are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted, and that you are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by PH365 or PAGCOR.
You are responsible for making sure online gaming is legal where you are. PH365 does not verify the laws of every country or region its players connect from. If you access the platform from a location where online gambling is restricted, that’s on you, not on PH365.
These terms apply to all versions of the platform: the website at ph-365.ph, the Android APK, and the iOS app. Using any of these counts as acceptance. PH365 may update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated version.
One account per person. Registering multiple accounts, sharing an account with someone else, or creating an account on behalf of another person all violate these terms and can result in permanent suspension of all related accounts without notice.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
Bonuses at PH365 are optional. You don’t have to claim them, and in some cases it’s worth reading the conditions before you do, because accepting a bonus affects how and when you can withdraw your money.
Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement, which is the number of times you need to bet the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable cash. The specific requirement is listed on each promotion page. If it says 30x on a ₱1,000 bonus, you need to place ₱30,000 in qualifying bets before that bonus money can be withdrawn.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically count at 100%, while live casino games, sports betting, and certain table games may count at a lower rate or not at all. Check the contribution table on each promotion before you start playing.
General bonus rules that apply across all promotions:
- One bonus per promotion per player. Claiming the same offer through multiple accounts is considered abuse and will result in all accounts being suspended.
- Bonuses are credited to your account within 24 hours of qualifying. If a bonus doesn’t appear after that window, contact support before placing any bets.
- Bonuses have an expiry date. Unclaimed or incomplete bonuses past the expiry will be removed from your account automatically.
- Maximum bet limits apply when playing with an active bonus. Placing bets above the stated limit while a bonus is active may void the bonus entirely.
Behavior that voids bonuses without warning:
- Placing opposing bets on the same game or event to lock in a guaranteed outcome (bonus abuse / arbitrage betting).
- Using a VPN or proxy to appear eligible for a region-specific promotion you don’t qualify for.
- Registering a second account to claim a new-member bonus a second time.
- Coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements through low-risk or collusive betting patterns.
PH365 reviews bonus activity regularly. If an account is flagged for any of the above, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be suspended pending investigation. Decisions made by the PH365 compliance team on bonus disputes are final.
Account Rules
One account per person. You’re responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when registering. PH365 may ask for identity verification (KYC) at any time, and accounts that fail verification may be suspended until documents are submitted. Inactive accounts with no login for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Minimum deposit is ₱100. Withdrawals require a completed KYC verification and must be sent to a payment method registered under your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. PH365 processes most withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes, but reserves the right to hold a withdrawal for up to 5 business days for security review. Deposits made by bonus abuse or fraudulent means will be confiscated.
Responsible Gaming
PH365 provides deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion tools accessible from your account settings. Players who feel they are developing a gambling problem are encouraged to use these tools or contact support to request a cooling-off period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. PH365 complies with PAGCOR’s responsible gaming guidelines and will not market to players who have self-excluded.
Prohibited Activities
Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets is strictly prohibited. So is money laundering, collusion between players, exploiting software bugs for financial gain, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes. Accounts found engaging in these activities will be permanently banned and relevant information may be reported to PAGCOR or law enforcement. Any winnings generated through prohibited means will be forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on ph-365.ph including logos, game graphics, software, and text belongs to PH365 or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission. Using PH365 content for commercial purposes without authorization will result in legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
PH365 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet outages, or circumstances outside its control. The platform is provided as-is. PH365’s total liability to any player for any claim is capped at the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Privacy & Data
PH365 collects personal data for account management, KYC compliance, and fraud prevention. Data is stored securely and not sold to third parties. Players may request a copy of their data or ask for account deletion by contacting support. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
PH365 may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on the site. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the new terms. For significant changes, PH365 will notify registered players by email at least 7 days in advance where possible.
